In addition to his degrees Tommy is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has degrees in both Kinesiology and Nutrition as well as minors in Health Promotion and Bioethics, Humanities, and Society.

Tommy is a graduate of Michigan State University. When he is not training or just hanging around the gym, he enjoys playing soccer, beach volleyball, and running youth camps for up and coming wrestlers. From athletes to couch potatoes, Josh is excited to work with people who want to have a healthy body and live a healthy lifestyle. It is this mentality that Josh tries to instill in everyone. He believes that “with a strong mind, determination, and a little bit of push, no goal is unobtainable”.

Josh credits his experiences in the sport to his strong passion for living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. His remarkable athletic achievements earned him a wrestling scholarship to Central Michigan University. A proud alumnus of Grand Blanc High School, Josh was State Champion and All-American in the sport of wrestling. Josh is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ASCM). Josh is a graduate from Central Michigan University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Fitness.
